Hood River Artist Sorcha Meek shows new paintings and monotypes. These works are inspired by the idea of what it is to be human. The show includes life-size contemporary charcoal and oil portraits and small figurative monotypes. The portraits are formal in composition yet they are expressive in line and vibrant in color. These powerful colors and use of line are reflected in the monotypes. While the portraits explore the human soul, the monotypes investigate the body. View the Series >>
